The best coaches & a great community. I’ve been to quite a few CF boxes and this one is very highly focused on form and working with your individual needs. Both staff and the other athletes are very friendly. Great place for all- from seasoned athletes to people who are trying to start their fitness journey.
I was very well received by all the coaches, all of whom were very well prepared and receptive. Excellent, I recommend it 🙂
