First off, wow. Yesterday I competed in a CrossFit competition that was hosted by CrossFit Sedalia. This was the most well organized, smoothly ran competition that I have been to. Registration was a breeze, and they were very responsive to messages prior to the comp. On the day of the comp I walked into the gym and honestly was shocked at how clean the gym was.
