Going on 6 years as a member. I think that speaks for itself! Great CrossFit Box: the owners, coaches, community...if you're thinking about trying a new exercise or fitness program, give this a try...you will not be disappointed! I cannot recommend CrossFit San Ramon enough, especially for athletes with specific goals. My journey started in November 2024 with a failed tryout for the USA dragon boat national team. I found CFSR and started training with Tim, whose competitive sports experience was a game-changer. Tim analyzed my sport. He studied dragon boat paddling videos and built a program focused on the exact movements I needed—not just strength, but crucial lateral and rotational drills. I’ve been a member at many different CrossFit gyms over the years and am so happy to have joined CF San Ramon a little over a year ago. I highly encourage anyone looking for a new CF gym or anyone interested in trying CrossFit to check out CF San Ramon. As a black women and athlete I was shocked and very disappointed when the gym owner Tim Hill said that I was too athletic for the current group setting as i met with him yesterday to cancel my membership because of the beginning snowball effect of social isolation. This statement reflects a of understanding and respect for the diverse fitness levels and experiences of gym members.
