I've belonged to a few box gyms over the past 15 years and joined the CrossFit circle about 3 years ago. Since then whenever I travel I make it a point to go workout at the local CF to see their methods and learn anything new about coaching and expanding my understanding of movement patterns. I LOVE this place! I’ve had such a wonderful experience with every single coach! The classes are really varied and keep me occupied. Every coach is extremely willing to work with me/everyone on modifications when needed. Several people including myself came in with pre-existing injuries, and it is so great to be able to do a variety of exercises and have modifications and suggestions to keep the classes challenging but doable in a safe manner.
