This is the best gym ever!!! Kevin is the best coach on the planet. Every workout is fun and challenging!!! This man builds true athletes
I dropped in 4 times while I was in Brunswick visiting family. Kevin was quick to respond to messages, incredibly accommodating and shared a wealth of knowledge. The gym had anything and everything I could possibly need. A full side for Olympic weightlifting and another for CrossFit. The equipment was in great shape and the space was very clean. I’ll be back next year when I visit for sure. 10/10 would recommend.
Dropped in this morning for a WOD! Absolute killer! Great people, great coaching. Whether your 8 or 88, you will enjoy your times and experiences in the box!
My wife and two boys have enjoyed the open atmosphere and fantastic coaches. This is the place to get it done, great place.
