I love CrossFit! The coaches are always helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. They take the time to guide you through each workout and provide scaling options so everyone can participate and get the best workout for their fitness level. I always leave feeling stronger, fitter, and full of energy for the week ahead.
Solid equipment. Great open floor plan. Our class had 15 ish people and we all had plenty of space. Coach Patrick was dialed in and offered people excellent workout modifications for their needs and limitations. Highly recommend
