I’ve been a member at CrossFit Salem for 14 years and can’t recommend it enough. The coaches and community truly care about more than just the latest fitness trends, they focus on helping people stay strong and healthy for the long term. It’s a place that supports you at every stage of your fitness journey. It's definitely worth it!

This week marks 14 years since I started at CrossFit Salem. The benefits have been immeasurable (140 lb weight loss, no more diabetes, no more high blood pressure, no more high cholesterol, no more meds). Variety of workouts is great. Camaraderie is even greater.
Super clean, inviting place with awesome members, good coaching and a very phenomenal facility with outstanding quality equipment. Well set up for any drop in. Special thanks to Reed for a welcoming tour and for members who are willing to partner to give a traveler a spot on the rack
