The coaches at CrossFit Salem are incredible, they care about your workout, and they will help you understand what your body can accomplish with a workout you may not be familiar with. They are quick to recognize what your body's capabilities are and offer a great alternative workout to help you scale the workout if you cannot participate in what's been programmed. They have awesome coaches, high quality equipment, impactful classes, nutrition programs, and the resources you need to get the results you seek.
