Been coming here for years. Always a great experience. Coaches are great and loving the new programming!
This gym is so fun and staff are fun. Crossfit here is great work out. Class's are offered, they also have extra gym equipment. for other exercises, Personal training, and more. Overall you will see results in 3 months too 9 months for muscle and weight loss in 6 months. No matter what point you are in life Crossfit Salem makes all feel walcomed. #CrossfitSalem
Been here over 7 years, the coaches and community are amazing.
Great environment, equipment is well taken care of and definitely family friendly. Different programs available throughout the year but especially in the summer for kids/ young teenagers. Coaching is great tons of different times 5:00am too 6:30pm on most days.
Helped me get back on track. Andy's programming keeps you moving without overloading any specific area. I'm huge into other activities in my life, use to be a die-hard workout guy, but not so much anymore, I needed a friendly "do your thing-progress as you need to -- without pressure" sort of atmosphere. I love that about this place, I work hard, but don't record my scores and I never feel guilty about it. I don't have to be top ten anymore, just roll at my own pace and feel good about myself.
