My CrossFit gym is based out of Sacramento and I came to Murfreesboro to visit family. I am grateful I choose this gym over others. From their facility, members and programing, it became another place to call home. I had such an amazing time and experience with the people I met and definitely got the conditioning/fitness I needed. Thank you for allowing me to drop in and create new memories with amazing people.
I can't say enough great things about CrossFit Rutherford and the staff. Joining a gym had never been something I was interested in, but I needed to do something to get in shape and wanted an environment that helped to hold me accountable. Jennifer and her team at CFR have been perfect. If you are on the fence I would challenge you to give it a try!
