I’ve been to this gym as a drop in 3 times coming from the state of Hawaii. This is the real deal, inviting folks, great equipment, roll up doors and plenty of room. They still have the workout on a white board which is really cool. Professional, educated coaches with scaled options. It felt like home.

My CrossFit gym is based out of Sacramento and I came to Murfreesboro to visit family. I am grateful I choose this gym over others. From their facility, members and programing, it became another place to call home. I had such an amazing time and experience with the people I met and definitely got the conditioning/fitness I needed. Thank you for allowing me to drop in and create new memories with amazing people.
