Fantastic gym to join, not just for the great workouts - which always end off with a great sweat - but also for the fantastic culture. Outstanding coaches and people to workout and compete with! Would recommend this gym to anybody in the area - whether advanced or beginner at crossfit, this gym, the coaches, the members, and the culture is outstanding!
What an incredibly welcoming and fun community! Well run and clean gym, excellent coaching, and friendly vibe. Highly recommend, good for experienced and complete beginners. Don’t be intimidated - you’ll be very well taken care of here.

Awesome place. The community is great- they’re incredibly welcoming, and the coaching is stellar- constantly watching and correcting to make sure you are doing all movements correctly and avoiding injuries.
I love the CrossFit Route 7 classes! The workouts challenge me, and the flexible schedule makes it easy to find a time that fits my day. Anastasia, in particular, is a fantastic instructor—knowledgeable, attentive, and always correcting form when needed. The membership cost is reasonable, and the environment is welcoming and supportive. They’ve created an amazing community here. Highly recommend!!!
