CrossFit Route 7 is a great facility with fantastic coaches. I dropped in for a class recently and felt completely welcome. Tucker was coaching and was attentive and helpful to everyone the entire time: offering tips and helping with technique. Everyone in the class was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking out this gym!

I had the chance to train here for a week while I was on vacation visiting my family in the U.S., and I absolutely loved it. From day one, I felt so welcomed and truly at home. The coaches were amazing, the programming was great, and the community made it such a special experience. Thank you again for the warm welcome. I already can’t wait to come back and train here next time I’m visiting my family! 💪🏼✨
CrossFit Route 7 was a really fun gym to drop into for Thanksgiving! The coaches were great at scaling movements for me as a 68 year old with some mobility challenges. The community was really welcoming, and I would certainly recommend this gym to anyone interested in trying out CrossFit, which in my opinion is the best way to maintain fitness as you age.
