I have been going to CrossFit Rite since they opened. This is the best gym with the most caring coaches around. The owner takes the time to get to know all of her clients and will customize the workout for any type of injury. The workouts are always challenging and fun, always pushing you to do more than you thought you could. The community and coaches are the best around, I can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Rite!!

I LOVE CrossFit Rite! The coaches are amazing! The equipment is fantastic! The community there is awesome! And the owner is so caring. I’ve seen her on many occasions go out of her way to help people not only with CrossFit but personally as well. She is an amazing coach and athlete, and a great friend. If you are looking try CrossFit or looking for a box to join, this is the one. I promise you won’t be sorry!!!

The owners shut down our CrossFit location with 2 weeks left in the Open and then posted a 14 paragraph post on the Facebook page putting down the coach (basically trying to humiliate him to all of his athletes, but leaving out ALL of the details). In this post he stated (regarding the member) “it was my decision to screw you during the Open” and “I don’t care where you go workout.” These owners are unethical and untrustworthy.
