Just became a member here and love it so far! The on-ramp model has allowed me to build my confidence before jumping into classes! The community is present, kind, and supportive! Additionally, Jenny has been a wonderful coach!

Let me tell you about my gym - A gym where everyone encourages you. A gym where coaches have the highest level of skill. This gym has something special. How do I know? I am 74 years old and I drive 40 miles to workout at this gym. If you are in the Nashville metro area and don't do your workouts here, you are missing something special.
Rising Sun is such an incredible gym and community to be a part of. The owners and coaches truly listen to you and make sure that your needs and goals are met. Every workout is structured wonderfully and expert guidance is provided. Every member I’ve met is welcoming and wants to see you succeed. I couldn’t recommend a better gym!
RSCF is a great gym. The programming is excellent and well balanced- I’ve developed aches and pains at other barbell focused gyms but none here! Everyone is welcoming. The coaches are great- they offer plenty of support but it never feels overbearing. Coaches are also excellent resources for modification. Love it!
