First time gym person here. I’m older and was a bit nervous about it at first but they make you feel so welcome and are so patient with me as a newbie. I love this place and look forward to many more years with them! Highly recommend this gym!
I joined this gym as a temporary option after moving from Murfreesboro back to Nashville. As I said it was meant to be a temporary situation as I'm used to running my own gym space from home but once I met Kyle and Shawna and saw how they run their gym I was curious about sticking around. And then there is the programing done by one of the coaches that for lack of a better way of putting it, makes you feel like you're running for your life in some of the workouts, and that's what I'm paying for. Great gym! I love that they take a lot of care in meeting with each member individually to asses where you are at and your goals for each cycle. Coaches are lovely!
