I highly recommend Crossfit Righteous! After becoming an empty nester, I found myself getting bored and lazy. I wanted a change, and one year ago, despite thinking I was too old, I thought I'd try this place. The coaching is always outstanding, and the energy here is infectious. I enjoy surrounding myself with such an encouraging and supportive group of people. It's never too late to become stronger and healthier, and Crossfit Righteous is making it happen.
