Been coming to the gym for a little over 2 months and have noticed a difference in my overall performance. The coaches are patient and very helpful every step of the way, feedback is consistent and supportive in learning new techniques.
What a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is great. I was reluctant to just walk in but when I did I felt comfortable. No pressure, just a genuine interest in me and my well-being. Try it and see for yourself, you won't be sorry!
I joined CrossFit Reverb 8 months ago and I can honestly say I love it. The support and encouragement from the coaching staff AND the members of CrossFit Reverb have been exceptional. I was hesitant and nervous to start, but the results are evident and definitely rewarding. I encourage anyone looking to improve their physical AND mental strength, to give it a try.
