I've been going working out at LCF for over 2 years now. I've been here since the beginning. I love this box because there are seriously all age ranges, all body types and all types of abilities. We all continue to grow and improve. We are a family that challenges each other and encourages one another. It's like no workout you have ever had! They can always scale any workout for your needs. I scale all the time because 2 years later, I am still working on a couple things! But I keep trying and keep coming. I love my box!
Dropped in while visiting family and really enjoyed the gym! The members were very welcoming and friendly. The gym itself was also really nice with a lot of new equipment. I look forward to stopping by again next time I'm in town!
