I used to work out with John and John in the jungles of original CrossFit. The days when our socks didn't have brands on it and our boxes didn't have Rogue on them. A day when a man would guide his own destiny.
i can't recommend crossfit reignited highly enough... we were vacationing on topsail for two weeks and i was able to stay on my program with no trouble. the staff and regulars are incredibly friendly and helpful and the gym is exceedingly well-equipped and maintained. i will definitely be back next summer and thank you for a great couple of weeks. :)
Vacationed in Surf City and dropped in at CF Reignited Hampstead for the week. Everyone was super nice and welcoming to us and it was awesome to keep our workout routine going. Looking forward to coming back during vacay next year!
