I joined CrossFit a month ago looking for routine, community and fitness. Since the beginning I feel supported, given direction to achieve optimal results and workouts that push me each and everyday. I went from no physical activity for 8 months to going 4 times a week. I'm extremely happy to be part of this group and in the hands of such great coaches.
Huge thanks to the crew at CrossFit Reform for the hospitality! It’s not every day you get to tackle a tough Hyrox workout with such a welcoming group! Bringing my daughter along made it even more special. The vibe here is exactly what a box should be—welcoming, high-energy, and full of people working hard. I absolutely love this place! Every time I had been there I felt very welcome. The workouts are amazing! The coaches are so helpful and patient. I wish I had started it sooner.
