Great crossfit box, coach Dave/owner is great, all coaches are very helpful and welcoming. I cant wait to go back. I missed everyone
It's not just a focused and wonderfully strenuous work out, it's a great crowd of people! I've never been very athletic, and it's the best P.E. experience I've ever had!
