Great place to work and great medical care
I have been a fan of Crossfit for a few years and i was very nervous to finally try the sport myself. I called in and expressed interest in the intro class (aka Ramp class) and made it very clear this was truly my first time. Once I arrived for my set class time I was given a very quick description of what the class was going to entail with little to no guidance of what to do or where to go throughout the entire class.
