Dropped in for a class and everyone was very friendly. Nice clean, cool box, well stocked. Good flow to the class and attentive coaches. Will definitely be back when I'm in town!
This gym literally saved my life almost 4 years ago by a coach asking me where I was and that she missed me.....2 months into joining. After dealing with my mom passing, I have not stopped coming. I realized just how much the coach cared for a total stranger. The coaches really do care, and that is why this will be my gym until I physically can not and I get to see my mom again. My body and MIND are and will always be better for it.
This gym has been my second home! Love the programming, coaches and the community! They have classes that cater to everyone's schedule. Not only do they have regulars CrossFit classes but they also have Endurance, Mobility and Olympic Weightlifting classes on Sundays! They also program Kids CF class 3 days a week. Amazing gym!
I’m a recent convert to CFRA, coming from another gym in town. Everyone at RA was welcoming & friendly from the first time I walked through the door. Amazing coaches, clean gym, nice equipment, original & challenging programming, family friendly & athletes of all different levels & abilities. I was welcomed into the CFRA family immediately & now CFRA is my home away from home. I would definitely recommend CFRA to anyone interested in crossfit......from beginner to advanced.
