Korey put on a great workshop for several of us newbies. He did a great job covering the basics and he made a lot of instruction really engaging and fun. After this beginners’ class, my wife and I were actually excited to do more!
I went to the beginner workshop and loved all the instruction. Korey made sure to break everything down and give great explanations to the movements. He made sure the technique was comfortable for my body and pushed us to go harder.
Rampage is absolutely life changing! I have been going there for 8 months and my body has gotten stronger and I had to get a whole new wardrobe. My health and movement ability has increased astronomically! I am so thankful to Korey, Molly and all the coaches they are all Outstanding! I am addicted to CrossFit now! By far the most complete fitness training I’ve experienced here in Murfreesboro. Love the community and the group classes in particular. No longer pure CrossFit workouts which is really helping me have fun again and build a sustainable fitness habit. Encourage anyone to give them a try.
