To describe our gym isn’t a simple task. Let's see... we have excellent customer service, with clear membership policies and straightforward communication. We have a great time while working out, but also work really hard. Rampage hosts a ton of fun events throughout the year, and only some of them are fitness related. We do not have kids classes or child care, but we do have events throughout the year that we encourage the whole family to come to. By far the most complete fitness training I’ve experienced here in Murfreesboro. Love the community and the group classes in particular. No longer pure CrossFit workouts which is really helping me have fun again and build a sustainable fitness habit. Encourage anyone to give them a try.

Rampage is one of the greatest gyms in Murfreesboro by far! They aren’t just coaches they make you feel like a family. Korey has built something so great here. You don’t just work on yourself in the gym but out of the gym as well. No matter what fitness level you’re at they make you feel accepted. No more of the gym anxiety this is your place to join!
I have never had a gym experience compare to being at Rampage. In one year of being here, I have seen growth in every area: strength, body composition, technique, confidence, friendships, community, and joy in movement.
