Great facility, really great community and most important, great coaches! I'm just over a year in and it has completely leveled up my mobility, my overall wellness and strength. If you're serious about improving your fitness you won't be disappointed!
Great coaches, welcoming, close, and inclusive community (kids/babies included!!). All fitness levels show up and give it their all!! I’m going to miss this gym and above all the people Highly recommended if you want fast results with a bunch of friends to support you along the way. Love this gym! I have always been intimidated by fitness and this place made me feel comfortable from day 1. They have great coaches, an awesome community and all the support needed to help you get in the best shape of your life. (Personal training, a kids program and group classes.) If you are looking for the best gym in Trenton, you must give them a visit.
These are all payed reviews don't waste your gas going there place is abandoned and if you were to call to inquire about joining they'll just hang up on you
