Started on class pass then became a member. Great community where the coaches meet you where you’re at. It’s still a serious gym, so if you have no knowledge (like I did 2 years ago) make yourself known to the coaches and they’ll keep an eye on you.

I wanted to go, but they never wanted to tell me the prices. They offered me a free class, but it wasn't a class. It was just a consultation without training. It was a complete sales pitch.

Here is my attempt at a testimonial, if I could ever tell someone why they should start doing crossfit or just getting in better shape in general: it's so that they can travel, and particularly in the way I've been traveling the past couple of weeks. Dropped in at CF Queens today for the noon class. The class was 15 people but the space is big enough it didn't feel cramped at all and the coach did an excellent job of giving everyone personalized coaching. The coach was knowledgeable and the community seemed very friendly. I would definitely drop in at this box again next time I am in town.

I have been a member of CFQ for 7+ years! Great programming, and a great community! There is a family feel, and a culture of encouragement. I've especially been impressed with the recent focus on community events, and trying to grow in that way.
