Bad vibes 👎
In the past few weeks, I feel like the workout plans have started challenging us and myself even more and more. Definitely feel the change of strength and capabilites and really proud of the advances! Been coming here for years and always look forward to coming to my morning routine class, having supportive coaches and seeing friends now pushing themselves everyday too. CFQ is home!
I was treated very rudely by both the nutrition lady and the asian guy who answers the phones
Weird vibes
Started on class pass then became a member. Great community where the coaches meet you where you’re at. It’s still a serious gym, so if you have no knowledge (like I did 2 years ago) make yourself known to the coaches and they’ll keep an eye on you.
