This is a FABULOUS program for kids and youth. My 5 and 10 year old have attended the classes and love it. I love seeing the focus on a healthy lifestyle to include cardio, endurance, respect, nutrition brought down a level a kid can understand. Even better, my boys are learning from an early age the aspects of correct form and moves from the basic push up to weightlifting. It is must do for your kids!
My four year old went to the first superhero camp. He begged to go to the second camp. Today he told me that he had had the best day ever. Love the kids program! Great and trained coaches! And people who care about the kids doing the best they can.
My son, Avery and my niece have been doing Crossfit kids at Crossfit PTC for over a year now! He goes 3 days a week and never complains because he loves it! Jen is such and amazing coach to the kids and her patience is impressive. Since he has started Crossfit, his focus and endurance has improved and he has become stronger in his other sports! My boys love the program and my daughter can't wait to be old enough to start. They are learning and staying fit while having fun! We love all coach Jen!
My daughter participated in the program when we were living in Peachtree City, she absolutely loved it. It was a great compliment for lacrosse, she had gains in her strength and speed. She also carried herself a more confidence because of the program. It is a shame that we have not been able to find a program of this caliber out on the west coast.
I love the crew at Ptc CrossFit. I can't wait to sign up my daughters for some cross fit fun!
