I love this gym!!! The coaching staff is super knowledgeable. The classes are well structured and it's a great workout! The place is huge! So, it's great to just go lift when I don't have time for class. The community is very supportive, everyone is really nice and friendly! It's a welcoming place and they really push you hard !

I'm pretty new to Crossift and couldn't be happier with my experience so far. It's way less intimidating than I thought it would be. All the instructors are warm and supportive and the other members are friendly and welcoming. The gym itself is incredibly spacious and never overly crowded. The classes feel accessible to various levels of fitness and I'm experiencing different muscle groups are sore after every class! Today it's the glutes!

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Risio for 2 months now and have a plethora of positive things to say. I started doing CrossFit 3 years ago while living in So Cal, and that box was everything to me. So after moving to Oregon my husband and I were determined to find somewhere similar, and I can confidently say that we have.
