Great gym, great community.
So many positive things to say about this CrossFit gym! We dropped in when passing through town and honestly it was one of the best drop-in experiences I've ever had amongst probably 20 different ones, and maybe one of best of any gym I've ever seen. Great lil gym with everything you need—great staff, clean equipment, friendly faces, coaching, and swag! I arrived early for a drop-in and several people came up to introduce themselves. The workout was brutal, which is great, and I think they use Mayhem programming—also great! When I’m back in town I will visit again. Thanks, CF Postal!
I have my CFL1, an MD degree, and I’ve been training with CF since 2012. I’ve been to over 100 gyms around the country and world since I don’t stop training when I travel and move - and this gym rocks. I moved here in late May 2024 for medical residency and am so grateful to have found such a loving, supportive family who take care of each other, train hard, AND have fun while they’re at it. I dropped in for a class and really loved the gym. Coaches are awesome and super friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out!
