One of the first things you notice about this gym is how clean, organized, and spacious it is. There are multiple class times throughout the day, plus a separate area for open workouts. My wife and I have been going here for the last 2 years, and we've made a lot of progress learning new skills and improving our lifting form. Joining Pleasanton CrossFit has been a great experience for me. This was my first time ever joining a gym—I’ve always been more focused on outdoor activities and running. Great gym. Gives you the right balance of focused coaching and social engagement -coaches are great and the owner regularly upgrades the equipment and facilities. If you want support for pushing your limits and seeing what you can achieve, while making new friends, then this is the place for you.
I absolutely love CrossFit Pleasanton. I honestly wish I found it sooner! The gym is huge with so much equipment, so you never feel limited in your workouts. The coaches are amazing, super supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. The community is just as great, with really positive people all around. They also offer a variety of class times, which makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Overall, it’s just an incredible placeI love it!!
