🥇Great Drop-In Experience I was in Plattsburgh for just over a week and dropped into CrossFit Plattsburgh and I am so glad I did. Chris and the members are incredibly welcoming, the coaches are supportive, and the space is top-notch with everything you would expect from a solid box . Even as a short-term visitor, I felt included and the programming is challenging but scalable. I left each classes stronger mentally and physically. Highly recommend this box if you're in town.
I never thought I’d actually look forward to working out until I joined CrossFit Plattsburgh. I was a bit nervous to try CrossFit, but the coaches here made me feel comfortable right from the start. They’re super knowledgeable and really care about helping you make progress safely. The workouts push you, but they’re actually fun, and it feels amazing to see myself getting stronger. I was up visiting the area and decided to do two drop in classes. Chris and his coaches were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, the facility was great and I could not have asked for more. This seems like a great gym for anyone. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again the next time I’m in the area.
