I have been to many Crossfit gyms over the years, and I am impressed by the level of coaching and attentiveness at CrossFit Phos. The coaches ensure that everyone is staying safe and performing the exercises correctly. Such a great community of people as well!

Great group of people! Coaches are encouraging, engaged, and knowledgeable. Phos has great programming and can adapt to anyone's needs to get the workout you need, while avoiding any injury from doing too much or the wrong movements. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home gym in Sioux Falls, or a place to drop in while visiting!
