As someone completely new to CrossFit and getting back into exercise after a long break (post-kids), I was nervous to start. But from day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported. Everything is scaleable and the members and coaches are so friendly and approachable. The supervised crèche has been great to help with mum guilt, stop the excuses and prioritise myself again. Very grateful to be apart of CrossFit Perth! Highly recommend! ☺️
During my stay in Australia in October/November, I was at Crossfit Perth for over a week of training. This box is special because the community is terrific. You connect with everyone very quickly, as the members make it very easy for you not to feel like a new person in the box. The programming is from PRVN and there is something for all fitness levels.
