We are CrossFit PDX, we've been "working out" in the Gresham area since 2013. We believe in teaching proper movement to everyone regardless of experience level. We get excited about showing people functional movements that improve their lives. Our small group class structure gives everyone individual attention. We believe having a coach is what gets real results. We enjoy having community bbq's, tango nights, and the occasional beer after class. We offer classes throughout the day from 6am to 6pm. Had a fantastic time here! Great people to work with.
Best place to workout, the coaches Joel and andra are simple the best, its more then gym, more then a comunity, its a family place where you can come to workout and enjoy it
I love this place, great coaches, friendly members and has been very helpful for me. Would highly recommend CrossFit PDX
