Dropped in for a class to do the Open 22:3. Great size gym with a lot of equipment and very friendly staff. Highly recommend

The facility is the nicest around. They have all the equipment you need. Everyone is super friendly. The owner is the coolest guy. The programming and coaching are on point. I wish i lived closer so i could continue being a member. You will not be disappointed
Great gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. They can adjust the workouts to your level so that everyone can get a good workout. My wife and I love it here.
