Where to begin…this place has just been truly amazing. I swore I’d never ever do CrossFit, but here I am in my third month at 3P. I can’t say enough good things about this place. When starting here, the first 3 classes are one-on-one to make sure you understand movements, which I so appreciated. I would’ve been lost had they allowed me to jump straight in. Bring a bucket and a mop for this wet ass workout. The coaches here are amazing, so encouraging and good at actively coaching and giving pointers. I love going here.

I was finally convinced to join this gym and get my middle aged self back into some shape while also giving crossfit a try. It has been almost a year now and I am now hooked. The people are great, all levels are welcomed and the energy is motivating. The coaches are also awesome and will help you achieve whatever goals you have; there is something for everyone. Joey runs an awesome team and my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed working on our fitness together here. Come check it out.
