I love going to OwnIt classes! They offer technical training in a fun atmosphere. Great community feel.
Great class size with friendly people, and Kelsey made sure I knew what to do whenever I needed guidance. It seems like an awesome place to do CrossFit, and I plan to keep going.
This was my first experience with CrossFit, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated, but Coach Sarah and the members were incredibly welcoming and encouraging. It was one of the toughest workouts I’ve done, but I loved it! Thanks for everything—I’ll definitely be back!
OwnIt is a great facility with the best coaches in the area! Very accommodating and they will push you to your limits. Kelsey and Matias do an excellent job of running the classes and helping you improve. Highly recommend to all levels of training!
Always a great place to go. Hyrox class is a great way to start your Sunday! The workouts are fantastic. Truly helps you improve and prepare for HYROX races. I really love it here. Can’t say enough good things about Ownit. I’m there 5 times a week. The environment is amazing and the people are fantastic.
