From the first time I even took the step to learn more I was nervous, nervous because I was so out of shape but wanted to start Crossfit. I met with Bethanee and really felt encouraged, then started foundations and even thou hard and so far out of my comfort zone I kept up with it and enjoyed my sessions with Bethanee and Vanessa. Dear CrossFit Outcome on Bainbridge Island, thank you for the time we've spent together and thank you for the warm sendoff. You realize you're supposed to be a gym: no talking, no making friends and BFFs, no donuts, no deck demolition or moving parties, no kids running around at the gym, no naming workouts after others, and absolutely no baby showers!
