I've been at CrossFit Oshawa for over 12 years, which probably says everything you need to know. Great coaches, great community, and workouts that keep me coming back year after year.

After retiring from my sport, I didn't think there would ever be anything that could replace it. Then I joined CrossFit Oshawa. What makes CrossFit Oshawa different is that everyone is treated like an athlete—regardless of age, ability, or experience level. I'm just coming up to two months of CrossFit and everyone has been very welcoming. Everything is scalable, so while some of the exercises might seem daunting the coaches adapt the exercises based off the movement you are focusing on! I'm looking forward for more of these classes in the future!
