I’ve been a member at CFO for 8 months now and have been hooked since my very first class! I joined 3 months postpartum, looking for a program that fit my busy mom schedule, would keep me motivated, and provide a fun, supportive community — and CFO has been exactly that. Removed me during covid over vaccine passport. Don't recommend.
I have been going to CrossFit Oshawa for almost a year now and I am hooked! The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive and the atmosphere is an exciting thing to be a part of. Challenging myself has made me so much stronger and healthier. I would highly recommend going to anyone who wants to see changes and create habits that will stick.
