This place has been life changing. Started 2 1/2 years ago knowing nothing about CrossFit. The community is so positive, helpful, and encouraging. I have found my people here and am excited to workout each day. My daughter’s love the teens program, too. All of the coaches are super knowledgeable and meet you where you are at in your journey.
CrossFit OKC has some of the best programming you’ll find and a fantastic team of instructors. And just as important, the community is great. It’s welcoming, encouraging and makes showing up consistently so much easier. Highly recommend!

I found CrossFit OKC exactly 1 year ago. I’ve been looking for a class like this for decades. It’s the best thing I could have done for my health. (Mid 60’s, Grandmother needing to get in better physical shape) The instructor’s are so knowledgeable and encouraging, we all move at our own pace. I wish I would have found this class sooner. #Strength and Movement 8am
