Great place to workout. The coaches here are wonderful, they put lot of efforts into warmups too (Shane & Emilio). Overall a great place to build yourself. P.S; they also have kids workout sessions!
This has been the best so far. I have been to different gyms till date but it gets boring after 2 weeks but this cross fit is never boring. Everyday I am super excited to go to this place. They have some really good coaches and work outs are not repetitive much which makes it more and more interesting. Highly recommended
