Awesome space and exceptional coaches. Blaine is great and the members are all very friendly. Would love to drop in again and I highly recommend to anyone in the local area or visiting
CrossFit Octopus is the reason why I’ve stayed with CrossFit for 3 years now. Blaine and Chad are the best coaches I have had. They take their time breaking down movements, giving me pointers as I’m lifting, and encouraging me to reach my highest potential. I always come away with a smile because they’re also great people. Our kids also have been training BJJ for the same amount of time and have been getting progressively better. Most classes overlap so it’s really efficient as a busy parent. Love this place!
Great coaching, great community and an awesome workout! I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area!
