I've had an amazing experience at this CrossFit gym. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping everyone improve regardless of their fitness level. The community is welcoming and motivating, which makes every workout enjoyable and challenging at the same time. The workouts are well-structured and push you to become stronger every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their fitness and be part of a great community.
I did my first CrossFit workout with OCI and I couldn’t be happier this is where I picked to try it out and get to know the sport! Coach DJ was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and patient with the right amount of push for my first go at it! The crew that was in the 6am class with me made me feel comfortable and like I had a team on my side while figuring it all out. The process to sign up was so easy and the communication throughout has been incredible, so glad I went for it and I’ll certainly be back!
CrossFit OCI is the best gym in Lakeland - brings together people from all avenues of life to form a cohesive culture of working hard and encouraging one another. Fortunate to be apart of this gym and to have coaches that support you in and out of the gym.
Since I started this great OCI CrossFit team, I feel excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone to be part of the team.
