Just took our first CrossFit class in about 3 years at OCI and it was a GREAT experience! Spacious, clean facility and a very friendly group of people. Caylyn was so helpful and encouraging! Will definitely be back
I love CrossFit OCI! Everyone is always so welcoming. As someone who was new to CrossFit, all of the coach have been really amazing. I really enjoy coming here!

Gym was very welcoming and the coach Sydni was knowledgeable of the lifts to be performed and proper form. I dropped in from out of town and will be back next time I’m in the area!
