Awesome crossfit gym with so much space and great people love it!! I've done crossfit at a commercial regular gym si its so nice to be in this REAL environment again ,,,,the coaches and members are super supportive and bring a sense of fellowship as well to the table. Can't wait to continue fitness journey with OCI
We are in Lakeland for a baseball tournament and I knew I needed to find a CrossFit gym to get to to workout. I searched ones near where we are at and CrossFitOCI was the first one to pop up and had great reviews. I was able to do a drop in at 6 am (not my usual time to workout) and met coach DJ who was very welcoming and had great energy. The box was clean and well organized, my only complaint- they ONLY have Echo bikes seriously, I’m already planning on going back tomorrow morning while we are here. This is my FAVORITE gym in Lakeland (and I’ve tried a few)! I was new to CrossFit, and the coaches and community made it so approachable! I felt welcome from my first class, and have seen so much growth in my time there. If you’re looking for a great gym and community, you need to go!
