Joining was the best fitness decision I have ever made and I feel stronger now at almost 50 years old than I ever have!! This is, without a doubt, the best fitness facility I have ever experienced. The coaching is exceptional, and the programming is highly effective. The enjoyable atmosphere makes maintaining fitness remarkably easy.

I can't say enough good things about the Cross Fit Community at this gym. As a beginner of this type of training, I was nervous to join, I immediately felt welcomed since the day I stepped foot inside this gym. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the owner Jen is so amazing at including everyone and pushing you when you need it and is always everyone's best cheerleader, in the gym and outside.
