My daughter lives in Novato, and I get excited for my annual visits to both the downtown and Pacheco Valley locations. Great coaches, very welcoming members. I thoroughly enjoy suffering with these people. :)
It’s a gym but it’s so much more then that. Great coaches, an environment that brings you back over and over again. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are very positive people. I love this place and suggest you go in for a membership cause it’s the best thing you will do today.
I was in Novato for a month to visit family over the holiday. I joined Crossfit Novato to keep working out while I was here. The coaches are all very helpful and make the process enjoyable, Gilly especially. The other people in the classes are friendly and made me feel welcome. I really like that there are multiple tracks for different skill levels, and even the warm ups are tailored for the specific workout of the day. If I ever get out this way again, I'll be sure to drop in for another class!

We dropped in for our babymoon vacation trip last weekend to Crossfit Novato-Downtown. My wife was immediately blown away. We were welcomed by everyone and felt right at home. Being that she’s pregnant, she had to modify a bit of things, but the coach for the Saturday class is really great with pregnant females and was her go-to the whole class. Awesome gym with amazing programming and coaching! Coaches actually pay attention and care about how you’re moving. The members are super friendly and I got a couple great workouts in while in town. I will most definitely be back when I’m in the area again!
