I’m really enjoying my experience at CrossFit. The coaches are great, the workouts are challenging, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and motivating. Everyone is supportive, and I always leave feeling accomplished. I’m glad I joined and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

This place is great. The coaches are super friendly and helpful. The workouts are fun and challenging, and the community is full of great people to be around that push you to be a better version of yourself.
CFNI is a great gym to be apart of! The coaches care about you as an individual in and out of the gym, focus on form and injury prevention and help you progress no matter when you are at on your fitness journey.
