Just started here recently! Everyone is so welcoming and motivating. If you are interested in starting Crossfit this is a phenomenal place to go!
My wife and I joined over a month ago. Dennis and Rey have been amazing and have made the transition back into training safe and fun! The community here is great and made up of some very special people that have been endlessly welcoming and accepting. If you are looking to physically and mentally better yourself to whatever degree, look no further. Any and all progress is celebrated here. Highly recommend and hope to see you in class soon.
I’m really enjoying my experience at CrossFit. The coaches are great, the workouts are challenging, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and motivating. Everyone is supportive, and I always leave feeling accomplished. I’m glad I joined and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
