I had never tried CrossFit until I joined CrossFit North Industry 6 months ago, and I wish I had joined much earlier! I like the structure of the workouts - as I don't have to think about what to do next, I just show up and follow the coach's lead. I have seen such amazing progress in my endurance since joining, and I can't wait to see how much further I can go with their guidance. I highly recommend CrossFit North Industry to anyone looking to challenge themselves and improve their overall fitness level.

Came by for a drop in and had a great workout. Coaches Melissa & Dan were welcoming, knowledgeable and kept the energy up during class. Wonderful friendly community in a super equipped, clean & spacious gym. 10/10 Thanks for the great wod!
Dropped in for a few days while in town for work and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Facilities and equipment were incredible, coaches were approachable and friendly, and the community was particularly warm and welcoming. Next time I'm in the area I won't look elsewhere for a gym and you don't need to either.
Love this place!! They are sticklers on form, which is a good thing, and they are very good about scaling options if you are new or have injuries! Also great comradery here. I always leave in a good mood, and have made several new friends since I joined in October 2024.
