Dropped in for a few days while in town for work and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Facilities and equipment were incredible, coaches were approachable and friendly, and the community was particularly warm and welcoming. Next time I'm in the area I won't look elsewhere for a gym and you don't need to either.
Love this place!! They are sticklers on form, which is a good thing, and they are very good about scaling options if you are new or have injuries! Also great comradery here. I always leave in a good mood, and have made several new friends since I joined in October 2024.
I’ve been here for six months now. Great coaches, the workouts are challenging but manageable and the rest of the members have been very welcoming.
Absolutely love this place! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to quickly improve your strength and overall fitness. There’s no place that offers better leadership or a more supportive community than CrossFit North Industry.
