The Coaches are great and the community with others is what makes fitness fun for me!
I moved to the area from out of state, and I am so lucky I found this place. I have never done CrossFit before this gym, but the instruction, scalability, and attention to detail made it a good fit. Great facility, great coaches, and a great community of people!
The very first class the coaches and me ever were super welcoming and helpful. I have gone to many different gyms and this gym was the most welcoming and made me feel like I was a member for years. Highly recommended for any one looking for a welcoming group of people.
I’ve been going to North Industry for 2 years now-at first I was super anxious about going and working out in front of a bunch of strangers who I thought would be judging me for not being as athletic/fit/capable BUT when you’re doing 75 wall balls or 30 burpees over and over again-you can’t judge anyone but yourself. I never thought I would be the person that looks forward to a CrossFit workout out but I can proudly say I’ve drank the tea. CrossFit North and their coaches are super motivating. They take the time to help and make sure the movements are right along with providing modifications for anyone. There is no doubt that the workouts can be challenging but it leaves you feeling so accomplished and strong afterwards. If you ever had a thought about trying CrossFit, let it be CrossFit North.
