Great Gym! Rob and Michelle were both great coaches, class started on time each morning and everyone was extremely welcoming. Programming was diverse and challenging, had a sore plane ride home :) will absolutely go back! Bonus points for being walking distance from the Fairfield Marriott in NewMarket!
Been here a month and I have a renewed love for CrossFit and community. I spent 10 yrs at the other CrossFit gym in aurora and totally lost my passion and love for CrossFit, especially the fact I work out in the morning. Newmarket Central has high energy and such a positive feeling of community, even in early morning classes. I really missed that and the other gym lost it and the owners did nothing to change it's. I personally love the staff and workouts at both locations. I used to be a personal trainer, but I lost the love of working out and this has reinvigorated it. You should definitely join the hyrox classes!!! 🫶
