I’ve been an on/off casual gym person for the last decade. I’ve made decent progress on my own but always fell off the wagon. I joined CrossFit central in December. I’ve seen significant progress in my overall fitness but also in my form. Staff has been great. Trainers are very helpful making sure you’re getting the most out of the exercises. Highly recommend joining if you’ve ever considered trying CrossFit.
You become part of a community at CFNAC. There are always friendly faces and great coaches to help you succeed. If having fun while working your can off is possible, it happens at CFNAC. After having major shoulder surgery, the entire staff supported my (slow) return to classes. They gave me the mental and physical support to recover.
