My daughter (age 11) has been attending twice weekly CrossFit classes since January. She absolutely loves it and gets a great workout each time she goes, with plenty of individualized attention. The staff have been amazing and the facility is really great. Highly recommend for kids.
Staff and instructors are very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. Workouts are fun and instructors take the time to work with you one on one when teaching new or more difficult movements which is incredibly helpful for someone like myself who is new to CrossFit. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is thinking of trying CrossFit!
The team (and fellow members) at Crossfit Newmarket and Aurora are great. Very patient and attentive to my fitness journey and are always encouraging. I would highly recommend these gyms/locations to anyone whose been thinking about getting back into working out or starting for the first time!
I have really enjoyed my time training with CFNAC! Training sessions always run smoothly and coaches are right there to assist you when you need them. Lots of equipment even when classes are full. If you are looking for a place to start or continue your fitness journey you can’t go wrong here!
