I love this gym! This is totally a judgment free zone! Members are welcoming and encouraging. The owners treat us like family. The coaches are always very helpful and motivate us to push harder! I absolutely recommend this gym!
I don't know where to begin.... First and foremost 10/10 GIO AKA G MAN: coach and owner! He's on top of me, this is someone who pays attention to his people. When I don't show up for period of time, I'm getting a text "Sam, where you at?!" He cares for my health and wellbeing. My wife and I love working out here. We (41m and 37f) were welcomed from the get go as brand new crossfitters and all of the coaches are friendly, inspiring and knowledgeable! Definitely a great place to go to invest in your personal fitness and health!
