Rx Fitness is more than just a cross fit gym, it’s a community of like minded people that want to stay fit, be functional in daily living, build strength and stamina. The coaches are fantastic and truly care about you.
This gym is outstanding. The coaches truly know how to work with all levels from complete beginners to experienced athletes. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough.
I'm not exactly sure where to start in terms of writing a review for RxFitness & Health because they have changed so many aspects of my life for the better. Jumping in feet first I will say I have made more progress with them than I have in decades of trying to get in shape myself. We all think we know how to get in shape but the problem is there is too much misinformation out there and not all of it is applicable to every individual. Love the vibe. The coachs are amazing, they really work with you if you need any modifications.
I have been working out at Rx Fitness/CFND approaching 5 years. It is more than just a gym. It is a community of people of all ages and fitness levels working out together and supporting each other. The coaches are highly knowledgeable and personally care about each member! Classes are thoughtfully programmed to meet the needs of the community. Show up consistently and you will absolutely improve your strength, mobility, and overall health while having a few laughs alongside members that become friends!
