I had the chance to drop in at CrossFit Never Broken while visiting a friend in Oklahoma, and it was one of the best class experiences I’ve had. My wife and I dropped in to CrossFit Never Broken this week and had a great time working out with the mid-morning class. The coach led us through a group warm up, did a great white board summary of the workout, and I saw her really paying attention to the class during the workout (not something you always see in group classes, unfortunately).
