Coach Cass is excellent. The gym has great people & is very welcoming
I love this CrossFit box. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, attentive. These words describe Kassandra and Alistair perfectly. There's a fabulous group of athletes who make you feel welcome.
Al and Kass are amazing coaches, with an amazing crossfit space. My wife has being working out with them since they opened and she absolutely loves it everytime she is there.
