Not many places can say they have been a consistent presence in Nashville like CFN. I started here in 2017 and never looked back. Going on 10 years and many many different phases of life, CFN has given me lifetime friends and a Nashville family I never had before. I have been through the intro phase, i have lived the super competitor phase, and now in my new mom phase and CFN has been a pivotal part of my life through it all. Love this place and the people. Nothing like it.
CrossFit Nashville (CFN) is hands down one of the best spots around, and a huge part of that comes down to Dustin and Preston. Their coaching abilities are second to none—they keep workouts engaging, prioritize proper form, and know exactly how to motivate you to hit your goals. You won't find better coaches outside of CFN to guide your fitness journey! ✨

Love this place and the people. I feel free to push myself on good days and modify on days I’m not feeling as strong.
