The folks at Crossfit Nashua are fantastic! When I walked in, I hadn't worked out in a while due to some health issues. The owners and all the coaches worked with me to scale the workouts to my abilities. Thanks to them I am now stronger, fitter and healthier than before. Ifyou are looking to get fit or just looking for a more challenging workout with a great and hugely supportive community, then you have just found your gym.
Great community!!!!! I love working out here and getting the feedback on exercises I need. The people, coaches and owners are hands down outstanding!!!! I have been going to gyms for years but the is an entirely different thing. I can see myself working out here for years to come :-)
