Was in town for an event this weekend. Reached out to Naos for a drop in and got an instant response. Made it to the Saturday class on a partner WOD and felt right at home. Great place, great people. If I'm ever back in town I'll drop in again.
Great coach, workouts are challenging with good energy, and the community is very welcoming
