Loved my first CrossFit experience here! My husband and I joined together and had a great time. The coaches are super knowledgeable, supportive, and made it easy to learn as a beginner. Highly recommended!
My partner and I did a couple of drop-in sessions during our recent trip to Sanford FL visiting family all the way from Melbourne Australia. Owners Shannon and Robbie, and the members we met were incredibly welcoming and made us feel as if we've been there for years. Really loved the space and the energy these guys bring! Highly recommend CrossFit Muster Station 2.0 as must drop-in for travelers and locals keen to get moving with a solid support crew. We will absolutely be dropping in again next trip! Phenomenal gym! One of the absolute best places to train in Sanford, Florida
CrossFit Muster Station 2.0 is 10/10. I have been a part of this community for about 7 months now, and it's the community, coaching, cleanliness, and fun that keeps me coming back day after day! The first day I walked into this box, I was nervous as I hadn't touched a weight in over a year.
