I’ve been coming to CrossFit Muster station for almost 6 months now and it’s been an amazing experience. I started with zero knowledge of CrossFit, but The coaches are incredibly patient and supportive. They take the time to explain every movement, break down the workouts, and make sure you’re comfortable before pushing you forward. I restarted to work out from this Feb. This gym is so clean and coaches are really kind, giving some advices to improve my movements. I feel healthy and going forward when exercising in the gym!
Shannon and Robby are the most supportive people out there. They love their members and care about the whole aspect of being healthy. They support your nutrition and fitness goals, but will also listen and support you through life stuff. It’s a family here and anyone is welcome. You will never know unless you give it a try! You have nothing to lose. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

The entire coaching staff is very tentative on making sure you get your full potential to workouts. The atmosphere and box group are amazing.
